Terms & Conditions

Before joining, please review the following membership terms and conditions:

  1. Complete the Membership Form and Payment:
    To join IASPCP, interested individuals need to complete the membership form provided on our website and make the required annual membership fee payment through our secure online payment system. This ensures that members have provided necessary information and have committed to being part of our professional community.
     

  2. Non-Refundable Membership Fee: 
    It's important to note that the membership fee is non-refundable. Once paid, the fee cannot be refunded for any reason. This policy helps maintain the stability and sustainability of our organization's operations.
     

  3. Automatic Lapse of Membership:
    Membership in IASPCP is valid for one year from the date of joining. If a member chooses not to renew their membership upon its expiry, or if the membership fee is not paid for renewal, their membership will automatically lapse. In such cases, the member will lose access to membership benefits until the membership is renewed.
     

  4. Adjustment of Membership Fees:
    IASPCP reserves the right to adjust membership fees as necessary. While we strive to provide notice of any changes to our members, it's important to acknowledge that membership fees may be adjusted without prior notice to accommodate changes in operational costs or to enhance member services.
     

  5. Membership Duration:
    The duration of membership is 12 months from the date of joining. Memberships are valid for one year, and it is the responsibility of the member to renew their membership prior to its expiry to maintain uninterrupted access to membership benefits.


    These terms and conditions are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency in our membership process. We encourage all prospective members to carefully review these terms before joining IASPCP.
